Overview
Perfect World International is the English version of Perfect World, a 3D fantasy MMORPG set in a world inspired by Chinese mythology. Players choose among several races and classes and fight the Wraith, an undead force threatening the world.
A defining feature is flight: characters can fly or glide over most of the map. Daily play involves questing, instanced dungeons and world bosses, and characters can be customized in detail at creation.
Guilds can fight for land in Territory Wars, large battles with up to 80 players per side, and there is also cross-server PvP. The game is free to play with a cash shop run by Arc Games. The original Perfect World launched in China in 2006, and the international version arrived in 2008. It still adds new classes, such as the recent Earthguard Bloodspirit.
