Overview

Tower of Fantasy is a shared-world action RPG developed by Hotta Studio, a Perfect World subsidiary. It first launched in China in December 2021 and internationally in August 2022. The game is set on Aida, a far-future planet damaged by a disaster involving a powerful energy called Omnium.

Players create their own character and explore a large open world, climbing, swimming, gliding and riding vehicles. Combat is fast hack-and-slash, with three equipped weapons that can be swapped mid-fight. Many weapons are tied to Simulacra, characters whose look and traits the player can take on. Other players appear in the world, and there are co-op dungeons, raids and PvP modes.

The game is free to play on Windows, Android, iOS and PlayStation, with a gacha system for weapons and Simulacra plus a cosmetic shop.
