Overview

SimpleMMO is a small-footprint fantasy MMORPG drawn in medieval-style pixel art. Most of the game is text: each time you take a step on the map, a short and often silly adventure line appears, and you may run into monsters, items or other events along the way.

Day to day, players walk the world, finish quests and tasks, collect loot from a pool of thousands of items, and level their characters. Jobs such as guard, thief, chef or blacksmith add side activities, and character appearance can be changed. The pace suits short check-ins as well as longer sessions.

The social side covers arena duels against other players, guilds that fight large guild battles, group attacks on world bosses, a player market for trading, community chat and leaderboards. SimpleMMO is free to play in a web browser and through iOS and Android apps, with optional in-app purchases.
